Mid-afternoon signals on 7 MHz, 9 MHz, and 11 MHz

I was in the Dandenong Ranges National Park yesterday for a bushwalking photo expedition in the Olinda Forest, at the Valley Picnic Ground.

The Eton E5 and a 3 m antenna produced an interesting array of longpath signals from Europe, Middle East and Africa in the period 0430 to 0500, some of which are as follows:

7210 RUSSIA VOR-Moscow Russian
7250 RUSSIA VOR-Krasnodar Spanish
7275 TUNISIA Arabic
7280 RUSSIA VOR-Krasnodar Spanish
7305 ROMANIA RRI English
9610 IRAN VOIRI Kurdish
9675 S. ARABIA BSKSA Arabic
9820 ORAN VOIRI Hebrew
9865 IRAN VOIRI Turkish
9895 IRAN VOIRI Arabic
11640 IRAN Turkish
11925 IRAN Hebrew

The Daytime Asian Mode has not appeared yet!
