Monitoring Notes

The new Transmission Season has revealed a big set of new frequencies, as
monitored here in Melbourne.

Propagation in all time windows has improved, with the 10.7 cm solar flux
having increased to 90, and the daily SSN up by about 30% to 34.

Of technical interest is a raft of longpath signals in the 7 MHz band from
Europe and the Middle East in our early evening period, during the period
0700 to 0900+
