15 MHz spectrum research

The 15 MHz band is currently providing very good signals from Asia during
our mid-afternoon, via shortpath F mode propagation on a daylight path.

This summary reveals occupancies in the window 0400 to 0500, December 16
2010, from one of my favourite field monitoring sites at the Jumping Creek
Reserve, Warrandyte State Park, 25 km east of central Melbourne.
