22 mb monitoring

The 22 mb (13 MHz) is now very good for early afternoon propagation into
Melbourne for longpath from Europe, Africa, ME, and shortpath from Asia and
Americas.

This is what the band looked like on February 2, between 0345 and 0400, from
one of my favourite field sites in the Olinda Forest, 40 km east of central
Melbourne, with the Eton E5 and a short random antenna in a low tree.
