15 MHz propagation summary

Here in Melbourne, there's been some unusual propagation on 15 MHz from
Africa, Middle East, Asia, Europe and the Americas in our pre-dawn period in
the 1800 to 2000 window.

The American and Asian transmission routes are shortpath - propagation from
the other regions has been longpath.
