None of the planned DRM transmissions from Shepparton, which were to commence on April 1 2012, to carry Radio Australia English services, have been audible here in Melbourne.
One of the proposed channels is 19000 (0100-0300), an odd-ball frequency in the underpopulated 15 metre band, was submitted to the HFCC as a tentative registration for A12, for Radio Free Asia transmissions from TInian Island, to carry Chinese broadcasts, AM mode, but no activity observed on the frequency.
So some sort of confusion with all of this!
