VOK has made massive schedule and frequency changes for A13!

As this broadcaster is not a party to the HFCC process, it operates where it chooses, with no regard to officially registered freqs for other broadcasters. Many of its new operations are co-channel with other broadcasters to the same target zones!
While they parade their bombs down the main street, and declare themselves to be at war with the ROK and America, they are a good example of "How to win friends and influence people" !!!
The new freqs of 9875 11835 are super strong here at 1930 carrying English - the vitriol against the "American aggressors" seems to have been stepped up!!!
Another NF at this hour is 9425, carrying German, with similar garbage.
I suspect that that have got hold of some new high-powered transmitters.
