Monitoring Notes from Mont Albert - 7 MHz and 9 MHz - 4 am

Despite an appalling intrusion of power line noise, there was plenty of activity in the 7 MHz and 9 MHz bands between 1800 and 1830, on July 19 (July 18 UTC).
