Researching the 9 MHz spectrum on Jan 31 2014 revealed a high level of occupancy in the window 1930 to 2000.
This was marked by strong sigs from Europe, ME, Africa and Asia, short path.
Dual occupancies observed on some frequencies, from stations broadcasting on the same channel, at the same time, to the same target zones!
