MONITORING AT PELICAN LAKE
Good signals during mid-afternoon on November 25 2014 at Pelican Lake Reserve, Chirnside P:arkj, next to the Yarra River, in Melbourne's outer east.
The focus was on the 13 MHz and 21 MHz bands – this summary may be of interest, as observed in the 0400 to 0430 time span, using the Eton E5 radio, two metres antenna:

The 21 MHz transmissions at super-strength, little fading, suggesting a combined E/F2 propagation mode.
