Pre-sunrise propagation on Feb 6 2015 in to Melbourne on  15,17 and 21 MHz revealed a high level of spectrum occupancy, dominated by long path signals from Europe, Middle East, and Africa. and short path from the Americas.
 
This is a summary, between 1700 and 1730.
