These bands were very congested on Feb 16 2015, as observed in the Melbourne mid-afternoon period from a monitoring site at the Banyule Flats Park, Viewbank, next to the Banyule Billabong.
This summarizes notable occupancies in the period 0430 to 0500. Receiver, as usual, was the little Eton E5 and a 2 m random antenna tossed into the bushes!
