Our winter is producing excellent signals on 9 MHz during the late-morning window between 1100 am and noon here in Melbourne, UTC 0100 to 0200, dominated by long path transmissions from Europe, Africa, and the Middle East, and short path from Asia and the Americas.
There are very few vacant channels in the 9 MHz spectrum during this time period.
