NEW TRANSMISSION SEASON STARTS
Since the B15 season started n Oct 26, there have been many frequency and schedule changes, as compared with usage for the A15 season.
Monitoring on Oct 27 2015 in the Melbourne mid-afternoon period at Wonga Park at Witton's Reserve, on the banks of the Yarra, using the little E5 receiver and two metres of antenna revealed good propagation on 9 and 11 MHz from Europe, Africa, and the Middle East, long path mode, and short path from the Americas. Short path signals from Asia, the Middle East, Europe and Africa on 15 and 17 MHz were strong.
Notable signals are shown in this summary, noted in the span 0330 to 0400.
