Solar Activity remains at a very low level, but here in Melbourne the 9 MHz band has been looking good in our pre-sunrise window, dominated by short (Darkness) path propagation from Europe, Africa, Middle East, and Asia.
 
This summary of March 8 2016 indicates a high level of observed channel usage between 1800 and 1830.
