This is a summary of notable frequency occupancies on April 1, 2018, in the Melbourne mid-afternoon period, at one of my favourite field monitoring sites on Fifth Hill, Warrandyte State Park, in the goldmining historic area (photo refers).
The time window was 0430 to 0500, dominated by long path propagation on 6, 7, 9, 11 and 13 MHz from Europe, Africa and the Middle East and short path from Asia and the Americas on 11, 13, and 21 MHz.
Receiver was the Tucson PL880 with a 3 m wire antenna hung in a tree.
