Propagation Report from Melbourne

Solar activity has taken a big tumble, with the 107 cm solar flux down to
107, and the Smoothed Sunspot Number down to at 59.

IPS in Sydney, NSW, advises that these levels are considered to be "very
low", which will affect HF signals into Eastern Australia, with unreliable
propagation above 14 kHz on darkness or semi-darkness paths, on long-haul
multi-hop routes.

However, in the Melbourne early-evening, good ohortpath signals
from Asia, and longpath from Europe, Africa, and the Middle East.
