19 mb in afternoon

As mentioned recently, the number of 15 MHz channels now being used by China, for national and external services, is horrendous.

The national services are actually in-band point-to-point feeders for carrying centrally produced programs for off-air relays by the many regional stations. These are creating havoc for other broadcasters, and it's interesting to note that this multiplicity of Chinese services have been "coordinated" by the HFCC!
I examined this band in our mid-afternoon on Dec 9, 2012, and these entries reveal a few "clear-channel" occupancies of interest in the period 0400 to 0500:
15100 N. KOREA French
15170 S. ARABIA Arabic
15180 N. KOREA English
15185 INDIA Gujurati
15210 INDIA Persian
15220 ROMANIA RRI English
