Monitoring research - Radio Mara

Researching the 16 mb this morning, of note was the relatively large number of signals,  even though solar activity is still classified as "low" by IPS.
 
Propagation modes were both long and short paths, from Europe, Africa, and North America
 
Of interest was 17540, occupied by a new broadcaster known as RADIO MARA, using the Madagascar relay 1700-1800 to Southern Africa, primary azimuth 310 degrees,  in Kinyarwanda and Kirundi. Good sigs here!
