This is a summary of propagation research, made at a field site in the
Warrandyte State Park, 15 km east of central Melbourne, on September 2012, in the period 0430 to 0500, using the pip-squeak Eton E5 and a 2 m antenna.
Good long path signals from Europe, Africa, Middle East on 6 MHz, 7 MHz, 9 MHz, 11 MHz, 13 MHz, and short path from Asia, Middle East, Africa, and the Americas on 15 MHz, 17 MHz, and 21 MHz.
The Brazilian Mode was evident, on 11 MHz and 9 MHz, short path over Antarctica.
