7 MHz Monitring Research

Researching the 7 MHz band in the window 1730 to 1800 on October 9 2013 revealed continuing severe congestion, the outcome of co-channel usage by some broadcasters  targeting the same reception zones.
 
Radio Hargaysa continues to operate illegally on 7120, in the exclusive  40 metre amateur band.
 
This summary may be of interest, an hour before our local Melbourne sunrise, to the background tunes of morning birdsongs!
