Monitoring Research - 15 MHz, 17 MHz, 21 MHz

Research this morning in the pre-dawn period here in Melbourne revealed strong occupancy in the 15 MHz, 17 MHz and 21 MHz spectrum.
 
This is a summary of the main entries made in the 1730 to 1800 window, dominated by long-path sigs from Europe, Africa and the ME.
