Monitoring Research - 9 MHz - 1800-1830 UTC

The 9 MHz band, as usual, was packed (like Melbourne's roads!) in our sunrise window on Nov 10, 2013. Dual occupancies on many channels, from broadcasters transmitting to the same target areas at the same time.
 
Newly introduced channels and variations for relay site usage and language content for B13 were well-represented, including.
