Some Brazilian propagation this morning, on 6 MHz, 9 MHz, and 11 MHz in the 1945-2200 window, April 23 2013.
6180 2045-2130, peaking 2100
9565 2100-2200, peaking 2115
11765 1950-2200 (on top of co-channel R. Algeria/Issoudin Arabic throughout and IRIB *2100-2200" Japanese
11780 1945-2215
Am watching out for 4985 which should make its annual appearance at around 2115!
Other Brazilians on 9 MHz are as scarce as hens' teeth this season.
R. Senado 5990 not heard this season, but was regular in 2012 – used to be on for an hour a day, opening at 2100.
Checked its website at 2230 – was carrying its 91.7 FM live stream with "A Voz do Brasil"
Anybody in NA able to check 5990!
Might call up 5990 on one of the remote receivers in NA and see what's on the channel!
