MONITORING RESEARCH 6, 7, 9, 11 MHz
Daytime propagation on the lower frequencies into Melbourne is now very good, typical of winter which officially starts on June 1!
This is a summary of notable spectrum occupancies as observed in the mid-afternoon of May 20 2016, at another of my favourite monitoring noise-free sites, in Westerfolds' Park, Templestowe, in outer-Melbourne (see photo!). Good results with the Eton E5 and a 2 metre "short wire" antenna!
