The 11 MHz band in mid-afternoon

Afternoon propagation in the 11 MHz band into Melbourne continues to be very
good, reliable, and stable.

Many longpath signals from Europe, Middle East and Africa, and shortpath
from Asia and the Americas.

Here is a summary of what the band looked like on December 7, 2010, between
0300 and 0400, from a field monitoring location at the Pound Bend Reserve,
Warrandyte State Park, 25 km east of central Melbourne.
