MONITORING RESEARCH
Good propagation observed on December 16 2014 in the Melbourne afternoon on 11 MHz, 21 MHz and 13 MHz, in the window 0330 to 0400.
This summary may be of interest, as noted at one of my favourite minima-noise monitoring sites in the Warrandyte State Park, next to the Yarra River, at the Pound Bend Reserve, using the Eton E5 and a 2 m antenna.
Notable signals included many short path transmissions from Asia, including the Voice of Hope (Taiwan).
