On the UTC morning of Nov 25 2015 the higher frequency bands were "wide open" here in Melbourne between 1600 and 1700, 3 am to 4 am local time here.
This was very unusual, as current Solar Activity is very low, with excellent propagation from Europe, Africa, and the Middle East via long-path, and from the Americas via short path.
