Looking at the 5 MHz spectrum in the 1800 to 1830 UT time period on Dec 31, 2015, a few Indian broadcasters were on extended schedules for the start of the new year.
They included -
4760 either Port Blair or Leh
4810 Bhopal
4880 Lucknow
4910 Jeypore
5010 Chennai
5040 Jeypore
Solomon Islands BS on 5020 was running all night with an island party!
