Propagation and Monitoring Report - 9 MHz spectrum

Sunspot activity continues to be non-existent, even though some sources
suggest that Cycle 24 has commenced!

Despite this, there continues to be excellent propagation into Melbourne
during our post-sunrise period, in the 2200 to 2300 window (8am to 9am),
dominated by shortpath signals from Asia, with some shortpath transmissions
from Europe, Middle East, and Africa and longpath from the Amdricas.
