Mid-winter propagation into Melbourne continues to be good in the period
2200 to past 2300, on 6, 7, and 9 MHz, up to two hours past sunrise.

This window is dominated by night-time shortpath signals, from Europe,
Africa, the Middle East and Asia, and longpath transmissions from the
Americas.

Solar activity remains very low - the 10 cm Flux is hovering around 74-76,
and the Equivalent Sunspot Number is between 11 and 14

So, little long-haul propagation into Melbourne in this time period on
darkness or semi-darkness paths above about 12 MHz!
