HFCC B10

As anticipated, the B10 HFCC public file is now available at

http://www.hfcc.org/data/index.phtml

This time, the data includes registrations from the Asia-Pacific
Broadcasting Union HC Committee (ABU-HFC), previously not available in the
public document, including Radio Australia, All India Radio and Radio
Pakistan.

HFCC advises that it will publish updated versions of the file
periodically - the latest is dated Nov 2, 2010.

Note that the data in these files refers to planned operations, as notified
to the HFCC from participating administrations, and is NOT a dataBase of
actual usage!

The file is a ZIPd document.
