It's on 9845, from Iranawela, Sri Lanka, 250 kW, and observed during its 30
min morning broadcast for Sudan 0300-0330.
Programming is in Sudanese and Arabic.
Propagation in this period is via shortpath, over the daylight zone
extending east across the Indian Ocean, despite the primary antenna azimuth
being 283 degrees.
Other signals noted in the 0300 to 0400 window, on January 17, 2011,
