CHINA. I've noticed that the CNR1 outlet on 4750 signs on at 1950 with a local program, then joins the CNR1 network at 2000. The site is at Hailar, Inner Mongolia, 49.02N 119.45 E, and fades out rather quickly at around 2030. The 4800 CNR1 channel at Geermu is audible until past 2100.
