Monitoring Research - 11 MHz and 13 MHz - predawn window

Solar activity is still at a very low level - 10.7 cm solar flux 81, daily
SSN 22.

There is continuing good shortpath (night) propagation from Europe, Africa,
Middle East and Asia into Melbourne on 11 MHz and 13 MHz in our pre-dawn
window, between 1700 and 1800,(3 am to 4 am Melbourne Standard Time).
