Propagation research in the 1900 to 2000 window

Latest solar information from IPS, Sydney,Feb 22 2012, is that the 10.7 cm
flux is 103, and the equivalent smoothed sunspot number 52, low levels.

Propagation into Melbourne continues to be very good in our pre-sunrise
window, between 1900 and 2000, in the 49, 41 and 25 mbs, with all continents
being represented. The dominant signal path follows the night time zone from
E Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia,and some short path propagation from
the Americas.

Very little reliable propagation above about 15 MHz in that time period.

This is a summary of my research as at February 23 2012, 1900-1930,
concentrating on the 11 MHz band.
