Effective Jan 1 2014, Voice of Russia plans to introduce these new frequencies:
 
5900 Irkutsk 1000-1400 Chinese
6110 Moscow 1700-1900 English
6125 Kaliningrad 1700-2000 French
9560 Irkutsk 1000-1400 Chinese
9625 Kaliningrad 1400-1500 Russian
9680 Irkutsk 1500-1800 Russian
